FM BROADCASTING & COMMUNITY RADIO STATION – TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE 1. AMC Service Coverage AirMedia Broadcast Solutions Pvt. Ltd. provides comprehensive technical maintenance support for FM and Community Radio Stations. 1. FM Transmitter – Technical inspection and maintenance. 2. Audio Console / Mixer – Configuration and troubleshooting. 3. Audio Processor – Inspection and audio quality monitoring. 4. RF System – RF signal and technical parameter checking. 5. Antenna System – VSWR and antenna performance checking. 6. Transmission Line – Feeder cable and connector inspection. 7. FM Tower – Tower inspection and maintenance coordination. 8. Studio Equipment – Microphones, headphones and audio systems. 9. Studio Networking – Network and audio connectivity support. 10. Audio Link – STL, IP link and point-to-point connectivity. 11. Broadcast Monitoring – Transmission quality and output monitoring. 12. Programming Coordination – Technical support for uninterrupted broadcasting. 2. Service Charges & Spare Parts - Basic technical service support included in AMC. - Basic spares such as ICs, diodes and capacitors included, subject to agreed AMC scope. - Major components and equipment replacements charged separately. - Transmitter, antenna, feeder cable and other major equipment purchases are extra. - Travel and accommodation charges, if applicable, will be agreed separately. 4. Terms & Conditions 1. Minimum AMC contract period: 2 Years. 2. Monthly one-time physical visit to the FM station. 3. 24 × 7 remote technical support through phone and online communication. 4. AMC is non-comprehensive unless otherwise specified. 5. Basic maintenance and troubleshooting are included. 6. Equipment damage due to lightning, fire, flood, electrical surges or external causes will be charged separately. 7. Any additional installation or major modification work will be quoted separately. 8. AMC payment must be made as per the agreed payment schedule. 9. Annual 30-metre tower painting is included, subject to agreed site and safety conditions.
