Forest Festival 2026 carried the message of "One Tree for Mother," and pledged participation in environmental protection. Jhunjhunu. The Forest Department organized Forest Festival 2026 in the premises of the Government Medical College. The message of environmental protection was conveyed by planting trees under the "One Tree for Mother" campaign.

District Collector Arun Garg, SP Kavinder Sagar, CMHO Chhotelal Gurjar, PMO Jitendra Bhamu, Principal of Government Medical College, District Forest Officer Kavya along with officers and employees of Forest Department, district level officers, scouts-guides, representatives of various NGOs and college students were present in the program.

n this occasion, officials highlighted the importance of environmental protection and called for planting more trees and caring for them regularly. Speakers emphasized that tree planting is not a one-day event, but a continuous campaign to protect the environment. Students and attendees were also encouraged to protect plants.

During the program, Rajesh Agarwal, Director of the District Environment Improvement Committee, was honored for his contributions to environmental protection. His efforts toward environmental protection were lauded.

Through the Forest Festival, the public, students, and social organizations were encouraged to plant as many trees as possible and to regularly care for the planted trees. The program conveyed the message of advancing environmental protection through public participation.

-वन महोत्सव 2026 में ‘एक पेड़ मां के नाम’ का संदेश, पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए दिलाई भागीदारी की शपथ झुंझुनू। राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेज के प्रांगण में वन विभाग की ओर से वन महोत्सव 2026 का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में ‘एक पेड़ मां के नाम’ अभियान के तहत पौधरोपण कर पर्यावरण संरक्षण का संदेश दिया गया। कार्यक्रम में जिला कलेक्टर अरुण गर्ग, एसपी कावेंद्र सागर, सीएमएचओ छोटेलाल गुर्जर, पीएमओ जीतेन्द्र भामू, राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेज के प्रिंसिपल, जिला वन अधिकारी काव्या सहित वन विभाग के अधिकारी-कर्मचारी, जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी, स्काउट-गाइड, विभिन्न एनजीओ के प्रतिनिधि तथा कॉलेज के छात्र-छात्राएं उपस्थित रहे। इस अवसर पर अधिकारियों ने पर्यावरण संरक्षण के महत्व पर प्रकाश डालते हुए अधिक से अधिक पौधे लगाने और उनकी नियमित देखभाल करने का आह्वान किया। वक्ताओं ने कहा कि पौधरोपण केवल एक दिन का कार्यक्रम नहीं, बल्कि पर्यावरण को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए निरंतर चलने वाला अभियान है। विद्यार्थियों और उपस्थित लोगों को पौधों के संरक्षण के लिए भी प्रेरित किया गया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान जिला पर्यावरण सुधार समिति के निदेशक राजेश अग्रवाल को पर्यावरण संरक्षण के क्षेत्र में उनके योगदान के लिए सम्मानित किया गया। इस अवसर पर उनके द्वारा पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए किए जा रहे प्रयासों की सराहना की गई। वन महोत्सव के माध्यम से आमजन, विद्यार्थियों और सामाजिक संगठनों को अधिक से अधिक पौधे लगाने तथा लगाए गए पौधों की नियमित देखभाल करने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया। कार्यक्रम में पर्यावरण संरक्षण को जनभागीदारी से आगे बढ़ाने का संदेश दिया गया।
