10 September 2026 : The Northern Command Inter APSs Badminton Championship was held at APS Nagrota from 9 to 10 September 2026, witnessing spirited participation and some thrilling badminton encounters among various Army Public Schools.

Displaying exceptional skill, determination and sportsmanship, the Boys’ and Girls’ Badminton Teams of APS Udhampur emerged as Winners over APS Akhnoor by 2-0 each, bringing double glory to the school.

The players showcased remarkable agility, precision and team spirit throughout the championship and delivered outstanding performances in the decisive matches.

This remarkable double triumph reflects the commitment, discipline and relentless hard work of our young shuttlers, along with the dedicated guidance of the coaches and the Sports Department.

The School Principal, Dr Jyoti Bedyal, extends her heartfelt congratulations to both the Boys’ and Girls’ Teams for their spectacular achievement and wishes them continued success in their future sporting endeavours.
